Rostering

When the roster has a shift code populated by the scheduler, that shift code should be allowed to be edited and added to from the roster.Stacking shift codes should be allowed over scheduler populated shift codes.

Duty codes are often hard to find, even within each field if you have plenty of users and codes, a search or alpha list may be another option, or maybe a search or alpha function within each type of duty ?
