Adding the option (perhaps a checkbox) for the leave approver to include the reason from leave request in the email to the leave contact

It would be useful to expand the Flight Record Email Notification function to include the option for SMS notifications. The SMS and/or email could be triggered once certain pre-defined conditions are met.
