Make "Departed" and "Arrived" NOW buttons change color/size when pressed so it's instantly obvious that they've been activated

The current iteration of the NOW buttons for Departure and Arrival on the Manifest Legs page are completely inert, they have zero indication that they have been pressed/activated unless you take the time to watch the (unnecessarily tiny) date/time group change.

My helicopter EMS company has a LOT of older pilots who now need reading glasses, and it would be a LOT easier to see if those buttons have actually been pressed if they did SOMETHING. When pressed they should DO something: change color, change size, change shape, haptic feedback, all of the above, anything except the nothing at all that they do now.
