Report: Past-Due Route Reviews

Customers are requesting the ability to generate reports that show the frequency and trends of past-due route reviews over time. The report should provide historical insight into compliance performance rather than only reflecting current review status.

Outputs should be available in HTML, PDF, and XLS formats to support analysis, audits, and leadership reporting.

Problem / Customer Need

While customers can identify when a route review is currently past due, they lack historical reporting to answer key questions such as:

  • How often route reviews become past due over a given period

  • Whether past-due occurrences are increasing or decreasing

  • Which routes, regions, or teams repeatedly miss review deadlines

This gap limits customers’ ability to proactively manage compliance risk and demonstrate performance during audits.

Proposed Solution

Introduce a configurable Past-Due Route Review Frequency Report within the reporting module.

Report Capabilities:

  • Count and/or percentage of route reviews that became past due within a selected date range

  • Trend analysis (e.g., weekly, monthly, quarterly)

  • Grouping and filtering by:

    • Region/Base/Program

    • Responsible owner (OCS)

    • Review type or risk category

  • Export options:

    • HTML for in-app viewing

    • PDF for audits and sharing

    • XLS for deeper analysis

Primary Users

  • Compliance & Safety Managers

  • Operations Managers

  • Risk Management Teams

  • Executives (summary-level reporting)

Use Cases

  • Monitor compliance performance trends over time

  • Identify repeat offenders (routes or teams)

  • Support internal and external audits with historical data

  • Track improvements following process or policy changes

Acceptance Criteria

  • Users can generate a report showing historical frequency of past-due route reviews

  • Reports support configurable date ranges and groupings

  • Data can be filtered by organizational and route attributes

  • Reports can be exported in HTML, PDF, and XLS formats

  • Report respects existing role-based permissions

  • Attach files
