Enable Reporting & Direct Reminders for Unacknowledged Required Announcements

Idea:
Customers would like to see an easier way to identify and follow up with users who have not acknowledged a required announcement.

Currently, there doesn’t appear to be a report (standard or custom) that allows us to export a list of individuals who have not acknowledged a required announcement. This makes it time-consuming to manually determine who still needs to complete the acknowledgment and send them reminders.

Proposed Enhancements:

1. Exportable Report: Add a built-in report (or reporting field) that allows admins to easily export a list of users who have not acknowledged a specific required announcement.

2. Direct Reminder Feature: Add the ability to send reminder emails directly from the Announcements section to only those users who have not yet acknowledged the message.

Business Impact:

• Saves administrative time

• Improves compliance tracking

• Reduces manual follow-up

• Streamlines communication workflows

• Increases acknowledgment completion rates

This enhancement would significantly improve efficiency and make managing required announcements much more seamless.
