Team Equipment Tab- Create a select box by each base, to allow manual deletion of multilple bases

It would allow the customer to more efficiently clean up the list when / if needed. In the PHI integration, all bases were made available to all aircraft, however not all aircraft are eligible to fly at all bases. Using the AS350 fleet as an example, we operate 21 aircraft, but each of our 80+ base locations were added to each of the 110+ aircraft. It makes the list unnecessarily long, makes loading the page slower, and is very time consuming to delete bases individually.
