We often get request that we turn down/miss. Then hours later get another request for the same pt /pick up & drop off…would love if the cad could identify that we have previously taken this info and then have the option to import the data previously taken. And/or this would also trigger if a transport is already created and we get a 2nd call/duplicate it would trigger
