Ability to Configure Required Fields on the Intake Screen

Add functionality within the Vellox Portal that allows administrators or organizations to designate specific fields on the intake screen as required before a request can be submitted.

Currently, intake requirements may vary by organization, department, or workflow, and having configurable required fields would help ensure that all necessary information is entered upfront.

Potential Benefits:

• Improves data accuracy and completeness

• Reduces missing information and follow-up communication

• Helps standardize intake workflows across departments

• Prevents delays caused by incomplete requests

• Allows organizations to customize intake requirements based on operational needs

Possible Enhancement:
Provide an admin settings area where users can select which intake fields are mandatory, optional, or conditionally required based on request type or workflow.
