Configurable Default Cursor Position on Intake Screen

Currently, when opening the intake screen using our default call type, the cursor is automatically placed in a field approximately halfway down the intake form. This requires users to either perform multiple Shift+Tab keystrokes or use the mouse to return to the first field and begin data entry.

It would improve efficiency and streamline the intake workflow if the default cursor position could be configured to start in the first field of the intake form. This would allow users to begin entering information immediately and progress through the intake in the intended sequence without additional navigation steps.
