Patient Profile 'Common Patient'

Flight Vector does not have common patient profiles in their system. With Ground Transport, you are transporting the same patient weekly so it would be very beneficial to all customers to have one patient profile with all information, requests, notes etc. This would allow all information associated with a patient stored and accessible from one common patient file and accessible from that centralized record.

The current challenge is that patient information may be accessed or maintained across multiple areas of the system where it makes it difficult for end users to obtain a complete picture of the patient. This can result in duplicate information and a greater risk of missing important patient details. When a patient is selected, users should be able to access the patient's complete history and relevant information without having to search through multiple areas of the application.

This enhancement would reduce administrative effort, improve data consistency, and increase efficiency for all organizations managing high record volumes.
