Improved communication between Cerner and Flight Vector

Currently Flight Vector works with Cerner in one way communication. It would be beneficial for all customers utilizing Cerner and Flight Vector to have more enhanced communication to avoid any delays or miscommunications.

For example, if a transport request in Cerner gets cancelled, it communicates to FV of the cancellation.
Or if a transport order was modified from Cerner, it would communicate the modification.
