Auditing System Enhancement

An enhanced auditing system/report would be beneficial to all customers for allowing a quicker audit trail that determines who changed what and when it was changed.

The current challenge is that when a discrepancy occurs, it can be timely/difficult to determine changes in the system. It would be beneficial to have a history report that can pull information in a quick manner of an individual or patient etc.
