Flight Following - History Search, Notes and Reporting

Customers want to be able to search Flight Following requests and see notes / times stamps that are added to the Flight Following request. They would also like to be able to have notes in the Flight Following reporting functionality. Request to have Flight Following requests more closely align with a Request Ticket, as most organizations are creating a call type of Flight Following and not utilizing the current CAD Flight Following functionality.
