Would like to add a feature in simple reporting to toggle between Divisions (Central Florida Division and West Florida Division) to easily separate out calls in the report without creating another column. I attached a picture of the ideal place for this toggle to be. In the example, just like we can select "reason for close" we could select Division and then select Central Florida Division.
