Allow custom start/end times (e.g. 6AM–6AM) on automated/scheduled reports

Scheduled reports currently only support preset date ranges (Today, Previous day, Previous 7 days, Month to Date, Year to Date, etc.), and every one of those runs midnight to midnight. There is no way to define the reporting window's start and end time on an automated report.

Report Center already supports this for manual runs — a user can set a custom date range plus specific From/To times. Those time settings are lost when the same report is set to run on a schedule, and it falls back to midnight-to-midnight.

Requested behavior: when configuring an automated report, let the user define the reporting window's start and end time alongside the schedule — either as a custom offset (e.g. "previous day, 06:00 to 06:00") or by carrying the manual report's From/To time settings through to the scheduled run.

Use case: Organization runs on a 6AM-to-6AM operational day. They need a report delivered daily that includes all transports from 6AM the prior day to 6AM the current day. Today their only options are to run the report manually every morning with the correct window, or accept a midnight-to-midnight automated report that doesn't match how their shifts and operations are actually measured. Any customer whose operational day doesn't align to midnight has the same problem.
