STATCall to Dispatch Pro/FV CAD intergration

StatCall (OnDemand Connect) is an integrated interface within the Epic EHR that allows Epic users to arrange transportation, populate the appropriate forms, and securely direct patient information to ambulance CAD systems with the click of a button.

We were looking to explore whether StatCall could establish a connection through their system to DispatchPro. The goal would be to create a seamless process for Epic users to select either flight or critical care transport to our department through StatCall, with the request and appropriate patient information flowing directly into DispatchPro.

This integration would help streamline the transport request process, reduce manual data entry, and provide a more efficient workflow from the initial transport request through dispatch.
