Paging History

There is currently no way for a front end user to see paging history for notifications that are not attached to a request. An example of this is Out of service notifications. Please add the ability for the front end user to see a history of pages that have been sent out. Ideally they would be searchable by things such as Call sign's, date, time, and/or who the notification went to.
