Hospital Units

Current workflow is an all or none scenario. It would be helpful to be able to add unique units to a hospital but still have a default list to fall back on. For example, a more frequently used hospital could add more specific units (Neuro ICU, Cardiac ICU, Trauma ICU) and be able to tie a phone number to that particular unit. With lesser used hospitals you would not have to manually add the generic ICU, ER, Other for every single facility listed in the CAD. Can we have the ability to have both options available at the same time?
