Being able to add a PN to a Monitoring Group from the PN Form

Currently, to add a PN to a monitoring group, we have to go through an existing part to add the PN to a monitoring group. This prevent us from creating proper lists before a part is created in the system.

We would like to be able to add a PN to a monitoring group from the PN form itself (from Options -> Part Numbers -> PN).
