TECHNICAL DIRECTIVE MANAGEMENT

This document provides a detailed functional analysis and breakdown of the Technical Directive (TD) development requirements.
The analysis has been conducted based on the business needs and specifications expressed in the PDF documents provided, including:
• The current Technical Directive form (Form DA-7005)
• The integration request outlining the expected system behavior and improvements
These documents describe the existing manual process, currently managed through hard copy forms, as well as the target objective of fully integrating the Technical Directive workflow into the ADS/Airtime system.
The purpose of this analysis is to:
• Translate the business requirements into structured User Stories
• Clearly identify the roles and responsibilities across Engineering, Stores, CAMO, and MRO
• Define the expected system behavior, data interactions, and workflow
• Provide a solid foundation for development, estimation, and implementation planning
