Send priority message to Ops when situation is urgent

Problem

When a pilot needs urgent attention from Ops via Flight Ops Messaging, there is no way to distinguish a critical message from routine communication. If the Ops team is busy or the messaging queue is quiet, urgent requests can sit unnoticed. Pilots who have been waiting for a response have no mechanism to signal increased urgency.

Desired outcome

Pilots can send a new message explicitly marked as priority, ensuring the Ops team is immediately alerted to time-sensitive situations.

Proposed change

Add a "Priority" option when composing a new message in Flight Ops Messaging. When a pilot sends a priority message, the Ops user receives both a visual indicator (e.g. priority badge, colour highlight, pinned to top of queue) and an audible alert to ensure the message is noticed promptly.

Example / context

A pilot encounters a developing weather situation and needs an updated diversion plan. They send a priority message to Ops. The Ops dispatcher sees a highlighted message with an audible chime, picks it up immediately, and responds with the updated routing — rather than the message sitting in the normal queue behind routine check-ins.
