Persist history-page filter preferences between visits

Problem:

Filters applied to the Flight History page (e.g. duration > 1 minute, distance > 0) are not retained when navigating away and back. Users who use filters to suppress short non-flight events have to re-apply them on every visit.

Desired outcome:

Filter selections persist between visits so users don't repeat the same setup every time they return to the page.

Proposed change:

Persist Flight History column-filter state per user across page navigation. Treat the time-zone toggle as a follow-up to assess against STL-I-375.
