Control whether the map auto-focuses when an aircraft goes active

Problem:

When an aircraft becomes active, the live map automatically zooms and re-centres on it. If that aircraft is outside the area the user is monitoring, the view is pulled away from where they are working, which is disruptive.

Desired outcome:

Users want to keep their map view where they put it, and only have the map move for aircraft that are relevant to them.

Proposed change:

Add an option to turn off auto-focus on newly active aircraft, and/or to choose which aircraft (e.g. by group or area of interest) are allowed to trigger map movement.
