Historical Data Deletion & Offboarding Workflow

Customer would like us to review and enhance the customer offboarding experience to provide organisations with greater control over the retention, deletion, and transfer of historical tracking data when users, devices, or organisations leave the platform.

As organisations increasingly rely on Fleet Manager data for operational reporting, compliance, and business records, customers are seeking greater transparency and control over what happens to historical data once an organisation or authorised user no longer requires access.

This feedback is not solely about deleting data. It is also about providing greater clarity and customer control around:
