Request:
Request is to have USD and CAD (or choosen country) provided on the invoice.
If we can’t provide USD and CAD on the same invoice, provide the CAD rate used at the time of the invoice at the top of the invoice.
Provide a breakdown of the quantities listed in each section of the invoice for things like Plan, HaaS, Insights, etc.
Example: HaaS = $50/unit for 27 QTY = $1350 USD ($1857.80 CAD). Currently we only show the final dollar amount, and they have to do reverse math to get accurate numbers, and use a conversation rate that may be different than ours. At the top of the invoice the CAD conversion rate would be listed as 1.3761481481
