Currently when clicking on a file that has been uploaded to a recency it downloads the file. It would reduce clutter if the system were able to open PDF documents (and images if possible) in a new tab instead.

Be able to drag over the middle pane to make the folder window wider in the Document Library. As can be seen in the attached screenshot the folder names end up stacking, with the current setup, when making use of multiple folders.

PSW should not be mandatory for non-duty shifts as it is not applicable and thus the cause of frustration to users that are required to complete non-duty shifts through any means other than a bulk update.
