    Differentiate colour on duty code between notes and attachment

    notes, currently tags in red , denotes text or an attachment same colour, these would be good separate colours so notes easily separated from pdf attachments, we note in the duty code as well as add travel itineraries for example

    Scanning direct to library

    The current AM library requires documents to be uploaded manually. I suggest added library functionality that can allow scanning direct to the library directories. This will reduce double handling of scanned documents.

    Include Original leave reason in leave contact approval email

    Adding the option (perhaps a checkbox) for the leave approver to include the reason from leave request in the email to the leave contact
