Allow access to Courses within the Forms App. Would be good to access active, assigned courses to fill in the associated Forms.

Recency Dashboard should have a 'Add New' button which will allow you to create a new Dashboard. Currently you are required to right click on the menu item option to add a new Dashboard and this is not very intuitive. Requested by BMCS France.
