Inactive report types should be hidden in the safety options tab list
When you disable a report type the tab that details the settings for that report type is still visible under Safety Options. This can cause some confusion and it clutters the page unnecessarily.
The current AM library requires documents to be uploaded manually. I suggest added library functionality that can allow scanning direct to the library directories. This will reduce double handling of scanned documents.
Differentiate colour on duty code between notes and attachment
notes, currently tags in red , denotes text or an attachment same colour, these would be good separate colours so notes easily separated from pdf attachments, we note in the duty code as well as add travel itineraries for example
