When creating new flight/duty tiles having an option to copy/duplicate a current tile would be much more efficient. Minor changes could then be made to the Shift Properties or Recency Validation rather than reentering everything again.

Currently the external calendar integration of rosters only goes out to 6 months. I think this should be extended to 12 months where a roster is promulgated that far in advance.
