Upon a manager signing in, any employerwho reports to them, the manager would see a recency alert for the user as being expired or coming for expiration. Similar to an individual's personnel, or a company recency item.

It would be very useful to have the previous review date in the review area and the next scheduled review date in the report for full visibility.

I know this has been talked about for a while (and may already exist) but integration with Tracplus may help some people, especially with flight records. If it does exist some documentation on how it works would be great.
