Having work practice notifications sent to department managers, eg Engineer exceedances be sent to Head of Maintenance, this will assist to send relevant cautions/ exceedances to the right manager.
At present it is possible to organise checklist items through the use of headers. An additional tier of headers would be useful to further organise checklists. As an example:

Inactive report types should be hidden in the safety options tab list
When you disable a report type the tab that details the settings for that report type is still visible under Safety Options. This can cause some confusion and it clutters the page unnecessarily.
