When setting up recency items it would be useful to have a "Collapse All" function like that of the front-end.
It would benefit any organisation who may have an extensive list recency items.
Further to the above, Recency Setup allow the user to allocate new recency items to heading items. This would make the loading of recency items much easier and faster.
This function can be similar to that of Checklist items when creating a new recency checklist where one can allocate the appropriate header through a drop-down list.
