Ability to add reccurring schedule to Manual Alerts

Having the ability to assign a recurring schedule to Manual Alerts would be useful for documents (policies,SOPs etc.) which department heads want personnel to acknowledge on an annual (or regular) basis without having to re-issue the alert. If AM were to notify the Manual Alert issuer prior to the Alert being re-issued, this would provide the opportunity for the issuer to review the contents and recipient list.
