Risk Matrix - Improvement to the Risk Labels and Index for users

Can the following improvements be made to the Risk Matrix:

1. The addition of the Risk Matrix as per Idea AM-I-409.

2. In the Likelihood and Consequences drop-down list - Have the alphabetical or numerical reference also show as per attached image 1.
3. The Risk Index in the Safety Reports or elsewhere the Risk Index appears to show the alphanumerical representation in full as represented in the Risk Matrix. See the attached image labelled Risk Index Button.

4. The ability to determine letter/number priority in the Matrix i.e. determine whether the number sequence is A1 or if it is 1A.
