Form Module Improvements - Table component (AM-I-293)

Problem: Need structured row/column data entry.

Actionables:

• Introduce “Table” field with definable columns (types: text, number, dropdown, checkbox).

• Support add/remove rows, bulk paste from clipboard, optional row totals.

• Define validation per column and per row.

Success criteria:

• Users can capture tabular data cleanly; export preserves structure.
