Anonymous reports are difficult to follow up. We have introduced a confidential "report type" into our system which prevents anyone other than who is added to the forum to see it. We would like the option to hide the confidential tick box in all other report types.
We require the option to hide Confidential and Anonymous tick boxes for certain report types to prevent reporters unintentionally selecting them. Eg. Base Safety Meetings must not be filed Confidentially and/or Anonymously.
