Stats Tied to Flight Type

Create an option to allow Stats to be tied Flight Types.

This can be beneficial for some operators if certain flight types are used such as Part 133 work can display External Load stats, while choosing a Reposition Flight Type won't display those stats for the pilot. Allows for additional customization and limits clutter for pilots.
