IFR button on Ops Suite

each time there is a fixed wing flight, comm specs are asked to click the IFR button in Ops Suite. This is an extra action that doesn’t shouldn’t need to be done since all fixed wing flights are IFR. Can it be removed for fixed wing as it is implied- or auto marked for fixed wing flights.
