Allow operator to determine order of items displayed on leg manifest

Present functionality is that desired stats per leg appear in the middle of the manifest and separate the route and leg times, from pilot, passenger, fuel, and equipment lower on the page. Generally all per-leg stats are captured at the termination of the flight leg, and appearing at the bottom of the manifest seems logical to me. This keeps the user from having to scroll to find relevant portions of the flight manifest needed for the flight itself.

Having total ability to configure the displayed information on the manifest would be ideal, however moving per-leg data to the bottom would be a great first start. Being real picky, if the option exists please consider drag-and-drop ordering over the up-arrow/down-arrow move keys. Thanks!
