Aging weights, adding 10 lbs after a certain period of time

PHI, and I assume all HAA operators, are required by Ops Spec A096 to use only actual weights when determining the aircraft weight and balance. If stated weights are used, we have to increase that by 10 lbs.

We have a gentlemans agreement with our FAA CMT that an actual weight in flight gear, and observed by a pilot or supervisor, remains valid to use for 30 days without penalty. After that, we're expected to all the +10 penalty. Previously, this was solved automatically between PHI and Gyronimo because all weights lived on a PHI server that pushed weights into their app. The PHI side added the +10 after 30 days before pushing the weights into their app.

I have no interest in resuming a PHI Hosted weight tracking site, but the request a feature that allows the automatic increase of weights by the +10lbs after a certain time period. If integrated, give the operator the option to used aged weights, then at what interval they would like the increase to begin.

I'd imagine many operators would benefit from this, if they can get a similar agreement from their FAA CMT.
