Allow Keyword (or inside words) Search on Chief Complaint List

When using the dropdown feature for chief complaints, it would be very helpful to be able to type keywords and view everything that includes that word. For example, by typing the word "syndrome", the list would filter to show all diagnosis that include syndrome like "acute coronary syndrome" and "hepatorenal syndrome". This would be very helpful for dispatchers who are not medically trained to enter in chief complaints promptly, rather than scrolling through a very long list of all diagnosis.
