FV Request App - Notification to requestor when the transport has been accepted

Currently, the requestor receives an ETA, in the request app, when the asset is assigned. The requestor thinks that the aircraft has accepted the transport but they actually haven't. They may be checking weather. Would like to have a way to inform the requestor when the aircraft is checking weather. With the ETA displayed, it doesn't truly give the requestor a correct ETA when an aircraft has not officially accepted the request. We have to assign an asset to the request to begin the notification process, send the flight information page, etc. before they officially accept.
