Ability to sort crew members by First name

Please provide the ability to sort crew members by First name both in the "Edit Crew" applet and the "Crew" Tab that can be added to the display.

I do think making a search bar where a search for a name could be entered and everyone with that name would appear would be a helpful enhancement as well. For example, if I am sorting by Last Name and I search "Dave", I would see all Dave's regardless of Last name.
