Hi All,
I am looking to make a feature request for FV Transport. If my staff links an LZ to a specific Agency in Flight Vector. When making the request in FV Transport, those Agencies still see all of them. Is it possible to make it so that once associated with a specific agency in the CAD, when the request is made the Department sees a pared down list to those that are associated with the agency?

The request is for the area where an outside agency or department is creating a transport request.
The idea would be to use the agency/location associations that are already configured in Dispatch Pro to filter what that requester sees.
For example:
Agency A has Landing Zones 1, 2, and 3 associated with it in Dispatch Pro.
Agency B has Landing Zones 4, 5, and 6 associated with it.
When someone from Agency A creates a request, they would only see Landing Zones 1, 2, and 3 as available selections instead of seeing the entire Landing Zone list for every agency in the system.
The same would apply to Agency B, which would only see the locations associated with Agency B.
Problem this would solve:
For systems with a large number of agencies and locations, showing every available location creates a long list for the requester to search through. It can also lead to someone accidentally selecting a location that belongs to another agency.
Having the list automatically filtered based on the requester's agency would make the request process faster, cleaner, and less prone to selection errors.
More broadly, the feature request would be to have agency-associated locations automatically filter the location choices presented to that agency when submitting a request.
Hello. The FV Transport App is only available with our medical CAD. Could you c, etc.larify if you mean the Request Intake Form, CAD, Vendor Portal, etc.?
