Allow default setting for starting location to be "Current position"

When we dispatch our asset from the referring facility or from a base located at the referring facility, we have to manually change the starting location to "Current Position" in order for the trip to be set up properly(it defaults to "at first waypoint" in these cases) to gather all data needed, especially arrive at referring facility time. This causes extra steps for the dispatcher that are often forgotten or done incorrectly requiring a lot of extra work after the fact.
