Enhance the chat feature within the CAD

We are needing the chat feature to be more enhanced. Needing the flight number to be more prominent and displayed for when a chat is received. Needing to see who the sender / recipient is so the Comm Specs are able to differentiate between the chat messages that are being received from multiple requestors utilizing the request app.
