Integrate Baldwin Safety Post Flight Debrief into FV CAD

The integration of Baldwin reports, specifically Post Flight Debriefs, into the Flight Vector CAD would eliminate the step of creating a report outside of the FV CAD. This elimination would free up Comm Specs to focus on other tasks. Additionally, this integration would eliminate the need to have the Baldwin Safety application visible on a Comm Spec's screen, thus freeing up valuable screen space and decreasing a source of potential distraction.
