Option to customize turn down message sent to requestor through FVTransport Emergent

Would like the option to either customize or change the wording that is sent to a requestor when a request originates through FVTransport Emergent and is turned down. Current pop-up says "Call (insert request number) was turned down by dispatch'. Would like the option for it to say, 'Call Dispatch for updates'.
