Add Partially settled field

Dear,

We found an issue regarding the partially settled on PR (Provisioning Request)
The line is noted Settled but we received for example 1 on the 2 asked quantities

It's a big issue in accordance to the stock check

On the 1st picture attached, you can find :
- Qty needed for PN WASM-12 on Kit#21 : 2

- 100% settled 2/2

On the 2nd picture attached, you can find :

- PN WASM-12 only 1 qty reserved for Kit#21

We need to add an additionnal status (Partially settled) durectly on the PR

Could you give us the delay to make this change ?
